    @00000Milkshake Thanks for the advice i will try that. .. I am also wondering is there a Latissimus dorsi exercise i didnt see one but i am no expert.. I though that the y raise and t raise are only for your lower back .. Thanks

    In my opinion i would do 3 sets then move onto the next exercise but it’s totally up to you :)
