Raw Vegan Muscle

I use to think the best way to build muscle mass was by eating red meat, chicken, egg whites, fish and protien powders like whey. Little did I know the power of raw vegan foods. This channel will be for showing how I prepare my raw foods and weight train to build muscle. It’s not joke

@Wolvve Come check out some of my recipe vids, I have so much you can choose from. You should most def have a green or sprouted shake once or twice a day.
Hey man, do you think you could help me design a raw meal plan for me? I need 5 meals a day for my p90x diet and woul;d love to keep em raw. Any suggestions on easy meals?
Going to try eating better. Thanks.
@MrJaketthomas I have been for over 1 year and a half, which isn’t that long if you consider some of the raw guros that have been raw for over 10 years and yes and am still carrying a lot of fat. I have lost over 35 pounds which was fat and still have another 15 pounds I would like to loose, and I am not doing too much cardio cause it also burns off muscle which I am trying to keep. Thank you for your support and watching my vids.
Sorry, I meant for this to be a private message, now I don’t know how to delete it.
I think it’s great you’re into raw food bodybuilding. I’ve gone through a number of your videos, and it seems like you try to hide your physique. How long have you been raw? You look like you’re carrying a lot of bodyfat, so I assume you haven’t been raw very long. Anyway, keep it up, and I’m sure you’ll trim down the more you stay raw.
@IampureSol That sounds awesome. I will be coming out with my own recipe book in the next few months, so you can add it to your collection. Thanks for watching and spreading the word.
You are soo cool i will show this video to my unbelieving family! they are still meat eaters and in crappy shape : ( I want them to stop putting junk in their bodies so they can feel the wonderful thing that you and the others feel : ) . they need to see u so they know that they can have muscles if they eat raw vegan.I want to go 100% i just got my book the sunfood diet success system that is a great book but now I need the best recipe books??
Thank you : )
Thank you so much. I was wondering about the things you talked about in this video. Please keep making the videos because they are really helping me out. I’m sure others find them helpful too.
Good stuff, man. I have been lifting for many years too and have been raw for quite some time now. I started out eating more of a raw vegan diet, but now days, while my diet is mostly plant based and is completely raw, I do add in some raw organic aanimal products, like fresh, raw egg yolks in my smoothies.
@Chaaarge You might want to check out my 2 part video on the protein myth. I go more in depth about it. It’s episode #25 part 1 and 2. Thank you so much for watching
Could you make a video on when you eat and how many times per day you eat and stuff like that? I wanna get into raw vegan foods, but I’m wondering if the same principles apply. Do you still eat 4-6 times per day including pre and post workout meals?
@mauricetheone You got it
Yes you get lotsa strength & power from the green juices, but people you don’t “gotta get protein”, you need Amino acids. Vegetables like Spinach, Kale ‘n’ things
Ain’t that right RawFoodMuscle?
this is where i eventually want to be. I eat primarily fruits and veggies (little bit of nut) and then protein with next to no carb. this sounds great though…i could def use more endurance during workouts!! xoxo
No, it’s not fattening.
Yes, very good source
I eat raw dehydrated buckwheat everyday in the morning ,will I gain weight? I just want to maintain my weight. I eat fresh fruit too.
is raw sprouted buckwheat a good source of protein and lentils?
It sound like you were not eating enough dark greens, which as very high in iron. Did you cook the food and how much dark greens did you eat daily such as spinach, kale, collards and so on ?
Thats really interesting. However, when I was on a vegetarian diet for a while, it caused some problems. In my job, I have to go evrey 3 years to my companies doctor for a routine check up. He told me that my blood was not okay (not enough red blood cells). At first I was scared and had no clue, but it turned out that it was due to my vegetarian diet. My body did not get enough iron which is necessary for the red blood cells. I went back to eating meat and my blood was okay again.
Your story is so awesome to hear! I love hearing vegan/raw vegan stories like this ^___^
I get my protein from dark greens such as spinach, kale, collards, etc. but all protein is broken down into amino acids which is found in all foods. Check out some of my shakes in my other videos
Hi. Where do you get your protein from? Just grains/seeds/pulses?
Thanks
I’m not pluggin a product but I take the sunwarrior protein and it’s ok.. It’s brown rice based protein and u get it online. Also I’ll get hempseed protein from the local store.
