www.AnabolicCooking.net http This is our first workout back after the 2010 Atlantics. Both Dave and I are all full and rebounded after the show. You can get some crazy pumps in the gym right after a bodybuilding show.

How long should each workout lasts?
@Real Defentertainment well yeah i workout at a gym. But usually the person who oversees everyone working out plays rap and rock, never anything on the line of Beyonce sheesh.
@jakster16 you have never been to a gym before? they always play the same shit for the whole gym(usually radio stations) s it`s obviously not lee playing that

Lee just wondering though, what’s the difference between the machine flyes you just did and the butterfly style you mentioned?
@iluvfatchx the tan is for you to make your veins and definitions much more visible. it’s by choice of course. like for a local competition earlier this year in my country, this dude went in with minimal tan oil, or none at all i think.
Needless to say, he didn’t even make it past pre-judging, hahaahaha

So when doing bodybuilding competitions for the tan you have to put something on your entire body or actually tan???
Lee in the beginning of your video you said you “dropped” all the water and fluids for the competition…could you elaborate on this and is this good for you?Why is it done?Thanks.

@ItsGwame i know but hey it works and u dont do them everytime u train just maybe on ur heavy weeks maybe once or twice a week and the other weeks controlled isolated movements with lighter weight like u said

@iluvfatchx That’s a terrible view to have. Besides, you achieve better activation of the delts by using controlled, isolated movement, rather than using your hips and back to gain momentum and effectively cheat. That’s what people do when the weight is too heavy for them to perform the exercise correctly.
@ItsGwame fuck it!!!! for delts like that, i would to. everybody is going to back probs in life regardless of training, that’s just what happens when u get old.

@leemhayward with that kind of training ur nutrition diet has to be on point, right? lots of eating every 2 hrs huh, especially complex carbs for fuel right? did u take in more oats or veggies?
